Folders
Folders are a nested tree for grouping recordings the way you actually think about your work — by client, by project, by meeting series. Creating one takes a name (required) and an optional description; you can nest it under an existing folder or leave it at the root.
Sharing a folder is available on cloud-connected accounts: add someone as Viewer (read-only) or Contributor (can add and organize content). Moving a recording into a folder that's shared with other people shows a one-time confirmation listing who will gain access, so sharing is never a silent surprise. In pure on-device (local) accounts, folder sharing isn't offered at all — there's no server relationship for it to run through.
Timeline and search
The Timeline groups every recording and transcription by date and then by hour, newest first, with an in-progress recording pinned above the list. A search field above it finds text across your entire history, not just what's currently loaded — typing two or more characters (after a short pause) replaces the Timeline with paginated, cross-history results.
Each result shows which part of the transcript matched — speaker name, a speech segment, the enhanced text, or the raw text — and a filter panel lets you narrow by match type or by a date range.

Bulk actions
Selecting several recordings on the Timeline or in search results — via the source icon, a long-press, or Ctrl/Cmd/Shift-click — opens a floating action bar for acting on all of them at once:
- Copy — joins the selected transcripts (Enhanced, Diarized, or Raw) and copies them together.
- Move to folder — moves everything selected in one action, with the same shared-folder confirmation as a single move.
- Delete — removes every selected item, after a confirmation showing the exact count.
Move and Delete require that you own every item in the selection; a selection mixing your own recordings with shared, view-only ones can still be bulk-copied, just not bulk-moved or bulk-deleted.
The transcript detail view
Opening a recording shows up to three tabs, each appearing only if that content exists: Enhanced (the AI-cleaned version), Diarized (speaker-labeled turns), and Raw (the unprocessed transcription). Wherever local audio still exists for the recording, playback controls sit alongside the transcript with adjustable speed from 0.25x to 3x. The header carries a Copy button for the active tab, plus Download/Share Audio, Re-enhance, and Open in Dashboard where each applies.
